overpressure protection for the hydraulic unit is adjusted so that no more than
the set weight +10% can ever be raised.
3.2.1 ST 4032
The design is calculated for a maximum load on one track of 1600 kg and a load
distribution between the vehicle axles in the ratio of 40% - 60% with a minimum
wheel base of 3000 mm and a minimum track width of 1600 mm.
3.2.2 ST 4040
The design is calculated for a maximum load on one track of 2000 kg and a load
distribution between the vehicle axles in the ratio of 33% - 66% with a minimum
wheel base of 3000 mm and a minimum track width of 1700 mm.
This hydraulic 4-post vehicle lift is provided with a hydraulic unit. The hydraulic
unit drives a cylinder which is mounted in the "fixed" track. The cylinder drives
four cable ends which via cable pulleys run through the track and cross beams,
and are attached to the posts.
A wheel free system can be installed as an option.

3.4.1 Lift capacity
The design is calculated for a maximum load on one bearing plate of 1600 kg
(ST 4032) or 2000 kg (ST 4040) and a load distribution between the vehicle
axles of 33% - 66%.
Warning
w
Failure to observe this load distribution could result in damage to the
wheel free system.
3.4.2 Lift system
The wheel free system has fitted a so-called double master- slave system. This
guarantees that the two bearing plates work in parallel.
