Thank you for purchasing our product. Please read this user manual carefully before using it. Incorrect use may lead to damage to health, injury
or accidents. Thus, in order to use your wheelchair safely and successfully, please read this manual carefully.
NOTE: Check all parts for damage caused during transit. If such damage is noticed, DO NOT use the product.
GENERAL WARNINGS
DO NOT assemble or use the product before reading and understanding these instructions. If you do not understand the warnings, cautions or
instructions, contact your healthcare professional, retailer or technician before attempting to assemble the device to avoid injury or damage to
the product. Each user should ask their doctor or therapist to determine the appropriate adjustment and use option.
Before use, check that ALL adjustments have been secured and that the wheels and moving parts of the product are in good condition. During
use, ALL castors must be in contact with the ground AT ALL TIMES to ensure the stability of the wheelchair. Failure to do so may lead to the
wheelchair tipping over and injury to the user.
WARNING: During use and

and/or pinching parts of the user's/companion's body in the openings/gaps between components. Perform these operations with particular care.

this 'serious incident' should be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the user or patient
is resident. For Poland, the competent authority is the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
NOTES:
If you experience pain, allergic reactions or other distressing, unclear symptoms related to the use of the medical device, consult a healthcare
professional.
ATTENTION: The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage caused by negligent maintenance, inadequate servicing or as a result of
failing to follow the instructions in this manual.
NOTE: There may be a risk of tipping over if the product is used incorrectly. Please follow the

COMMENTS AND WARNINGS:
- When getting in or out of a wheelchair, make sure the brakes are on.
- Care must be taken when negotiating kerbs and making uphill turns.
- Steep and uneven surfaces should be avoided as this can cause the wheelchair to tip over.
- Move the wheelchair smoothly in all conditions.
- Keep both feet on the footrests at all times, and ensure that clothing is properly tucked and does not block the wheels.
- Always drive carefully on hills.
- Always keep both hands on the push handles for proper control of the wheelchair (applies to the helper).
- Keep the wheelchair away from sources of fire
- Under no circumstances should the wheelchair be overloaded.
- Do not hang any heavy objects on the back of the wheelchair as this may affect the stability of the product especially when climbing hills.
- The wheelchair can only be used by one person.
- Do not lift the front wheels while driving as this can cause a fall and serious injury
PURPOSE: The product is designed to comfortably transport people with limited or no walking ability. The wheelchair is designed to transport
one person.
INDICATIONS: Contraindications to sitting position. Conditions requiring stabilisation of the upper spine and head. Patients with mental
disorders should not be left unattended in the wheelchair. Physical or mental limitations that prevent safe use of the device.

USE OF THE PRODUCT:
We recommend using the wheelchair on flat surfaces or indoors. It is recommended that you avoid using your wheelchair outdoors during bad
weather conditions. Avoid surfaces such as mud, snow, sand, gravel and uneven surfaces. Avoid driving on roads with excessive traffic and avoid
exposure to sunlight, which can cause the wheelchair to wear out more quickly or damage the tyres.
When using a wheelchair on the road, road safety regulations must be observed. Use the wheelchair on pavements and use pedestrian
crossings.
When the product is not in use, do not expose it to direct sunlight, avoid wind, rain, fog and water. Store the device in a cool and dry place. Do
not place heavy objects on the wheelchair.
