6. TROUBLESHOOTING
If an error occurs with a charging session in progress, this will be interrupted and the socket will
be unlocked to allow you to disconnect the plug.
The following table provides a list of errors that can occour with the troubleshooting.
If the error persists, please contact Customer Service providing the wallbox serial number on
the product label to receive further information.

100 Missing power supply
101 Operating temperature limit exceeded
102 Hardware fault, communication error between MCU and MPU
103 Hardware fault, ground protection device error
104 Hardware fault, residual current monitor AC error
105 Hardware fault, ground protection device error
106 Internal meter error, invalid read values from MPU
107 DPM meter error, invalid read values from MCU
108 Configuration error, incoherent values between db and
RotarySW
109 Master RS485 communication lost by slaves
200 SuperCap voltage below a threshold
300 Incoherency between contactor command and feedback
301 Short circuit detected on the Control Pilot line
302 State E or F set on the Control Pilot line
303 Control Pilot disconnected
304 Proximity Pilot disconnected
305 Broken Proximity Pilot detected
306 Diode fault detected on Control Pilot line
307 Control Pilot disconnected
308 Incoherency between motor command and feedback, or motor
in error state
309 Motor check error during EVSE initialization phase
310 Hardware check error detected before charging
311 Hardware check error detected after charging
312 Emergency stop received from the MPU
313 Current detected during charging, with 100% duty cycle on the
Control Pilot line
314 Plug not removed (within a timeout) after the charging phase
has been stopped
315 Current over limit on phase L1
316 Current over limit on phase L2
317 Current over limit on phase L3
318 Voltage below a threshold on phase L1
319 Voltage below a threshold on phase L2
320 Voltage below a threshold on phase L3
400 State A detected on the Control Pilot line in pilot simplified case
Troubleshooting
Check if the dedicated wallbox circuit breaker in the
electrical panel is ON
When the temperature decreases below the treshold the
error clears itself
