8. MAINTENANCE
- Regularly check the insulation resistance between the winding and the pump casing; it must be
higher than 1M .
- When the pump has worked 2,500 hours, check the maintenance method described below. Disas-
semble the pump and check the wearing parts such as mechanical seal, bearing, impeller, etc., re-
place a new part when damaged parts are found. Leak test under 0.2MPA for 3 minutes after repla-
cing seals, no leakage should be found. Replace with new #7 machine oil (fill 95% of the oil cavity).
- The pump is not suitable in water when not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and
ventilated place. If the pump has been in service for a long time, run it with clean water and remove
obstacles, dry the pump and repaint if necessary before storing.

POSSIBLE REASONS
- Set the voltage to the nominal value with 10%
tolerance.
- To check the wiring of the switch and cable,
plug.
-To clean the accessories.
- To choose the correct cable.
- To change the stator winding.
- To make sure the elevator is in working
condition.
- To clean the grass from the water, etc.
- To replace the impeller.
- To change the depth of immersion, not less
than 5 meters.
- To change the connection of any two-phase
power cable.
- To check if the voltage of power meet to the
operation standards. And adjust it if not.
- To clean sundries.
- To replace the windings of stator .
To eliminate the indicated fault.
Remove the winding and replace it with a new
winding.
New winding, then take the
treatment of varnishing and drying or send the
pump to the after-sales service
