There are too many

Solution
Do not overfill the basket.
Push the basket until you hear a click.
When cooking fatty ingredients, a
large amount of oil will seep into the
basket. The oil produces white smoke
but does not affect the appliance or
the end result.
The white smoke is due to the grease
heating up. Be sure to clean the
basket properly after each use.
Unplug the fryer immediately. Wait for
it to cool before removing the basket
and cleaning.
