Initial Start-up
Check Contents
1.
Remove the device and other items from the transport case.
2.
Check if the delivery is complete (see chapter Contents).
3.
Check the device and the parts for damage. Do not put a damaged device
into operation and contact the manufacturer using the contact provided at
the end of this manual.
Before Usage
The Li-ion battery is already around 50% charged when delivered. However,
it is advised to charge the device for approximately 1 hour before using it for
the first time.
You can use any commercially available charger that delivers at least 0.5A
charging current. The USB-C cable is included in the scope of delivery ❺.
All device functions are deactivated for the duration of the charging process:
1.
Completely unwind the charging cable
2.
Insert the end of the cable with the USB-C plug
into the charging socket on the device.
3.
Plug the other end of the charging cable
(USB-A plug) into a USB power adapter (not
included)
4.
Plug the AC adapter into a suitable power
outlet.
During charging, the ON/OFF button pulses purple.
Once the battery is fully charged, the ON/OFF button is permanently
purple until the connection to the power source is disconnected.
To check the battery level, press the On/Off button once. The button then
flashes green. The number of times it flashes indicates the battery charge
level:
1x flash 20%
2x flashes 40%
3x flashes 60%
4x flashes 80%
5x flash 100%
5.
Disconnect the device (and, if applicable, the power supply) from the power
source after charging.
