Problem
Remedy
No Picture, No Sound:
- Check whether the fuse or breaker works properly.
- Check the wall plug by plugging another device whether it is working or not.
- There may be a loase contact between the power cord and the wall plug.
- Check the signal source.
No
Colour:
- Change the colour system.
- Adjust hue level in picture menu.
- Try another channel. The program received can be in black and white.
Remole Control not Working:
- Replace the batteries.
- The batteries may be inserted improperly.
- Check if there are obstructions between the remole control and the product.
Picture without Sound:
- lncrease the volume by pressing VOL+
- Sound setting was muted, press MUTE button to change.
- Change the sound system.
- here may be a broadcast problem.
Display is Luctuating:
This problem generally occurs dueto signal interference arising from sorne
devices around such as a car, a fluorescent lamp ora hair dryer, etc. Adjust the
antenna in a way that will minimise the signal interference.
Picture Noise and Signal
lf the antenna has been placed ata frontier zone, there may be picture loss
lnterference:
as noisy pixels. lf the signal is too weak, a special antenna should be needec
to install to increase the signal reception power.
- Adjust the location and direction of your porta ble or fixed antenna.
- Check antenna connections.
- Adjust fine tuning.
- Try another channel. There may be a broadcast problem.
Shaded Picture:
Shaded picture arises from the reception of two reflection of TV signal. One
of them is the directly receiving signal and the other is the one reflected from
high buildings, hills or other objects.
To
change the location and direction of
the antenna may improve signal reception.
Radio Frequency lnterference:
In this type of signal interference generally running waves or vertical lines
occur, and in sorne cases picture contras! decreases. Find the radio
frequency causing signal interference and remove it.
Mosaics and Freezing in
The channel signal strength may be weak or the satellite dish is not receiving
Picture:
the satellite signals properly. Try other channels, if there are issues in other
channels the satellite dish may not be placed properly. Based on the used
satellite, the satellite dish shall be repositioned, it shall not be placed near
high buildings, trees etc. in arder to preven! signal interference.
NOTE:
In cloudy and stormy weathers the signals will weaken and therefore
issues such as freezing, not receiving signals may occur. This is nota problem
related to the TV.
