Front Forks - Verify that the forks swivel freely without binding. If binding occurs, check the bearings and clean the fork stem housing. If the nut is too
loose, the caster will fl u er or shimmy. If it is too ght, the chair will be diffi cult to steer.
Wheels - The large rear wheels should be checked for correct ghtness. If the wheel wobbles or is loose, the bearings may be worn. Take the
wheelchair to your local provider for service.
Frame - Check that the frame is not bent or dented. Check the tubing for cracks and rust. If such issues are found, take the wheelchair to your local
service provider.
Clean and lightly oil the three rear axles on each side of the frame to prevent rust. Plas c caps should be placed over the axles while not in use.
7.0 WARRANTY
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. Your original receipt will be necessary as proof of purchase before any warranty
performances are rendered.
The chair was built to exac ng standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. Product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from date
of purchase. Provider warrants the side frames and crossbraces for the life me of the original consumer purchaser. If within such warranty period,
the product proves defec ve, the product will
be repaired or replaced, at the op on of provider.
This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-
durable components, including but not limited to
rubber accessories, castors, grips and upholstery, armrest pad, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.
This warranty shall not apply to defects or damages caused by unauthorized parts, a achments or repairs, negligence, accident, or any circumstance
beyond provider's control, such as improper opera on, maintenance or storage.

In case a serious incident that has occurred in rela on to the medical device, that directly or indirectly led, might have led or might lead to any of

a) the death of a pa ent, user or other person,

the above men oned serious incident should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user
and/or pa ent is established;
