Cause
The blast wheel blades are worn or dama-
ged.
The impeller is worn.
The blast wheel blades and control cage are
not correctly aligned.
There are loose screws and nuts.
The blast motor is damaged.
The wheels are damaged.
4. Installare le nuove guarnizioni in gomma anteriori
(C) con le strisce di acciaio (D) interposte tra le
guarnizioni in gomma anteriori. La striscia angolare
(E) fa parte della scocca e non può essere rimossa.

5. Installare i 3 bulloni, serrando prima i dadi interni e
successivamente quelli esterni.
6. Appoggiare la ruota anteriore sulla superficie.
Solution
Replace the parts that are worn or damaged.
Replace the impeller.
Do a check of the blast wheel blades and
control cage.
Tighten all screws and nuts.
Speak to an approved Husqvarna service
agent.
Replace the wheels.
