Cleaning and Maintenance
· Regular cleaning and maintenance can extend the life of the product and save energy. Be sure to unplug
the power plug when cleaning
· The dust on the compressor can be cleaned regularly with a soft brush. The back-mounted condenser
should also use a soft brush to clean the dust and other dirt between the wires or fins, otherwise it will
affect the refrigeration effect.
When cleaning the outer surface and inner wall of the box, you can wipe it with a wet cloth and a small
amount of neutral detergent first, and then wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Do not use boiling water, organic
solvents or corrosive cleaning agents, acid reagents, chemical diluents, gasoline, decontamination
powder, etc.
· When cleaning the door seal, please wipe it with a dry rag dipped in soapy water. After natural drying,
rub a little talcum powder on the door seal to extend the life of the door seal.
· Do not put heavy or hot items on the door body to prevent deformation. Do not place items on the
transparent glass door products to prevent crushing the glass.
Product Usage Specification
· Shutdown or accidental power failure must wait 5 minutes before switching on the power, otherwise it
will affect the life of the compressor and even cause damage.
· Stored items should be divided into small pieces as far as possible, leaving a certain gap between each
other to facilitate air convection. Do not put too many room temperature items at one time, it is
recommended not to exceed the freezing capacity value indicated on the nameplate.
· Items can be stored in clean, non-toxic plastic bags to prevent corrosion of the inner wall, avoid tainting,
reduce moisture loss of items, and reduce frost on the inner wall.
·If you use a freezer to cool a glass bottle drinkings, be sure to remove them before they freezes to
prevent the bottle from cracking.
· Rapid freezing can better maintain the nutrition and flavor of food. When freezing fresh food, the
thermostat can be adjusted to the coldest gear, according to the type and quantity of food to be frozen,
run the freezer continuously for an appropriate time, and then return the thermostat to the original gear
after the food is frozen.
·Minimize the number of doors opened to prevent the loss of cold air (especially after power failure).
The glass of the transparent glass door product is coated heat reflective glass, which shall not be
reversed, otherwise it will affect the thermal insulation performance.
· The following measures can reduce power consumption:
1. Freezers should be kept away from sunlight and fire
2. Minimize the number of times you open the door and the duration of each opening
3. Under the premise of ensuring that the temperature of the frozen items is low enough, the thermostat
knob should be adjusted to the weak cold gear as far as possible.
4. Timely remove the dust on the back-mounted or finned radiator and the frost layer on the inner wall of
the product.
Non-fault phenomenon
· If the ambient humidity exceeds 60%, condensation will occur on the outer surface of the freezer or the
glass door body, and it can be dried with a cloth, which is a normal phenomenon.
· There is a sound like running water in the freezer, which is the sound of the refrigerant flowing in the
refrigeration pipeline, which is a normal phenomenon.
· When the freezer is working, the compressor, condenser and cabinet shell will heat up, and the surface
of the compressor can be as high as 70 or 80 degrees Celsius in summer.
· It is normal for products to work for a long time without stopping when more room temperature items are
placed at a time.
· When the ambient temperature exceeds the requirements of the climate type of the product (when the
ambient temperature exceeds the specified operating ambient temperature of the product), the heating
speed of the product will decrease, and the temperature in the freezer will be high, which is a normal
phenomenon.
