Selecting and adjusting the cooling levels
In mains operation, you can use the cooling power controller
to set different cooling levels. The cooler can be used in an energy-saving eco
mode or in max mode. Alternatively, you can also perform individual settings.
• Eco mode: The cooler consumes the least amount of energy in eco mode.
In this mode, you can achieve a balanced cooling result with reduced
energy consumption. To use this mode, turn the cooling power controller
to the "eco" position.
Eco mode is ideal for cooling food such as cheese or chocolate. The tempera-
ture range of the cooler in eco mode is between 46.4 °F (+8 °C) and 64.4 °F
(+18 °C).
• Max mode: In max mode, the cooler achieves maximum cooling power. To
use this mode, turn the cooling power controller to the "max" position.
• Individually set cooling power: You can steplessly set the cooling power
controller to the desired cooling power.
To set the desired cooling power:
1. Close the cooler as described in the chapter "Opening and closing the cooler".
2. To increase the cooling power, turn the cooling power controller
clockwise to the desired cooling level.
