Installation and Operation Manual
READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS
When installing and using this electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always
be followed, including the following:
1.
WARNING – This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
2.
WARNING – Children must not play with the appliance.
3.
WARNING – Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
4.
WARNING – When disassembling, cleaning, repairing, maintaining or making any
other adjustments to the systems be sure to unplug it from the electrical outlet first.
5.
WARNING – Always install the electric control panel away from humidity, rain and
water projections. It must be installed in a technical room or at least 3.5 meters away
from the swimming pool.
6.
WARNING – Our products may only be assembled and installed in pools compliant
with standards IEC/HD 60364-7-702 and required national rules. The installation should
follow standard IEC/HD 60364-7-702 and required national rules for swimming pools.

The power supply to the appliance must be protected by a dedicated 30 mA residual
current device, complying with the standards and regulations in force in the country in
which it is installed.
8.
WARNING – If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
and authorized representative or a qualified technician.
9.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use an extension cord to
connect the unit to the electric supply; provide a properly located outlet.
10. WARNING – If the appliance suffers a malfunction, do not try to repair it yourself;
instead contact a qualified technician.
11. Do not bury the cord. Locate cord to minimize abuse from lawn mowers, hedge
trimmers, and other equipment.
12. Do not try to plug or unplug the device while standing in water or your hands are
wet.
13. Ensure that the electrical parameters which are marked on the product are
consistent with the local supply voltage before connecting the device.
14. Never enter the pool if the suction strainer subassembly is loose, broken, cracked,
damaged or missing to reduce the risk of entrainment. Meanwhile, replace the loose,
broken, cracked, damaged or missing suction strainer subassemblies immediately.
15. Never play or swim close to the suction device. Your body or hair may be trapped
and lead to permanent injury or drowning.
16. To prevent the equipment damage and the risk of injury, make sure to turn the pump
off before changing the position of the filter control valve.
17. Never operate the product while the working pressure is over the maximum value
indicated on the filter tank.
