Thank you for buying the Tupperware Milk Foamer. It is ideal for making creamy
froth for cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas. The 0.5L Pitcher can also be used to serve
sauces at table.

Use a low temperature programme on your dishwasher to save energy and protect the environment.
Instructions to make foamy milk
1. Fill the Pitcher with milk up the to the maximum mark (150ml). (See Fig 1)
2. For hot milk, place pitcher (without ladle) in microwave oven with cover in open-spout
position. Heat on medium for up to 1 minute. (See Fig 2). Or heat milk in a pan on the
stovetop, up to 65°C, before transferring hot milk to the pitcher.
3. Put ladle in Pitcher; replace cover, with spout in closed position. (See Fig 3)
4. Hold cover down, and push the plunger up and down for up to 40 seconds. (See Fig 4)
Let milk settle for a few seconds to thicken.
5. Use ladle to spoon whipped milk into cups, and add unwhipped milk to taste. (See Fig 5)
150-ml milk makes 2 cups cappuccino. Sprinkle grated chocolate or cocoa powder on
top to taste.
Use and Care
• Never put milk foamer directly on stove top.
• Do not "boil" the milk as this affects the taste.
• Milk should be over 60°C or fridge temperature, not room temperature, as difficult to
whip.
• Not suitable for powdered milk.
• Maximum temperature 120°C. Not for use in the microwave oven except with milk or
water.
• Clean either by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Normal Tupperware warranty applies.
