8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Cannot start
1. Is the USB cable connected to the product properly? Confi rm that the product is con-
nected to the USB cable. Please disconnect the cable and reconnect it.
2. Is the amount of water adequate? Check if the amount of water is adequate. Too much
water may aff ect spraying.
No spraying
1. Is the spray hole blocked? If there is dirt in the atomizer, refer to the "maintenance
method" to clean the spray port.
2. Is the lower suc� on outlet blocked? Please check the lower air inlet, too much dust
will aff ect the spraying.
Water leakage from the equipment
1. Is the top cover � ght? Remove and reinstall the top cover.
2. Is the usage environment suitable? In a low temperature / high humidity environment,
spray can quickly condense into droplets.
9. LEGAL NOTICE
Be sure of the following to avoid damage to the product:
- Do not modify, disassemble or repair the product without permission. If repair is requi-
red, please contact us.
- Do not inten� onally bend, kink or stretch the charging line. Do not place the charging
line under high temperature. Do not use heavy objects to charge the cables. Do not hold
or repair the charging cable.
- If the adapter cable is damaged and the socket is loose, discon� nue use.
- If there is peculiar smell, noise or abnormal heat, it means the product is defec� ve. Please
turn off the device quickly and stop using it.
- Do not put or immerse the charging cable in water, or store it in damp places such as
bathrooms, locker rooms, greenhouses, etc.
- To ensure hygiene, wipe the spray heads with a cloth a� er adding each solu� on.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, near air condi� oners, fans or high temperatures.
