Press POWER (Power goes on).
if a CD is already in the disc tray, it
automatically begins playing from the
first track.

Press & OPEN/CLOSE to open
the tray and insert a disc.

Press 4 OPEN/CLOSE to close
the tray.
When there are 17 or more tracks on
the CD, *&" will appear.

Press > PLAY (Play begins),
Play stops automatically after all tracks
have been played.
To stop the disc play: EW
Press @ STOP.
To temporarily stop the disc play:

Press 10 PAUSE.
To continue playback, press
PLAY.
The displayed total playing time includes the
time between tracks. For this reason, the
time may be several seconds longer than
that which appears on song cards and the
like.
For your reference:
If you skip step 3 and press » PLAY, the
tray automatically closes and play begins
from the first track,
