3. ASSEMBLY
Inlet hose (Fig. B)
Assembly of the inlet hose.
1. Unscrew the quick connector (8, 9) hose nut
from the connector and slide over the hose (6).
2. Press hose (6) over connector-core until
completely inserted.
3. Screw hose nut back on the quick connecter
(8, 9) tightly and make sure the connection is
water tight.
Flush hose (Fig. B)
Assembly of the flush hose.
1. Unscrew the quick connector (10) hose nut
from the connector and slide over the hose (7).
2. Press hose (7) in connector-core until
completely inserted.
3. Screw the hose nut back on the quick
connecter (10) tightly and make sure the
connection is water tight.
Water softener (Fig. A)
Assembly of the system for a ready to use water
softener.
1. Connect the flowmeter (5) to a water tap.
2. Make sure to connect the quick connection
side (8) of the hose (6) to the outlet of the
flowmeter (5). Connect the stop-connector (9)
to the water inlet (3) of the tank (1).
3. Connect the utility hose to the water outlet (4)
of the softener.
4. Water softener is ready for use.

4. OPERATION
Operational safety
CAUTION: The tank may only be filled with a
maximum of 5 litres liquid.
• Inspect the Water Softener visually before
each use.
• Never leave your Water Softener unattended
and do not store for long periods when long
periods when full and pressurised.
• Keep the unit out of the reach of children. You
are responsible for the safety of others.
• Keep your Water Softener away from heat
sources and hot environments.
• Screw on the lid tightly by hand (do not use
tools) and ensure that the O-ring is positioned
correctly.
• Using water pressure must not be higher than
8bar / 0.8MPa to avoid the damage of product.
Do not consume treated water or the
resin.
Before using (Fig. A)
1. Make sure before using the water softener to
check all connections are water tight and of
any hose is completely straight without any
kinks in the hose. Check the lid (2) if it is fully
secured and water tight.
2. Place the water softener in the upright position
on an flat and stable underground. Preferably
the ground and close to the water supply or
tab.
3. Make sure all hoses (6,7) are connected and
the valves (3,4) are in the open position (see "3.
Assembly Water Softener".
4. Turn on water supply slowly.
5. Inspect system as it pressurizes and begins
producing softened water. Use only with
drinking water.
6. Water softener is now ready for use.
Water softener during operation
1. Make sure the area of application has sufficient
water drainage, before use of water softener.
2. Periodically inspect the water softener during
use. Ensure the hoses are properly attached.
Inspect system for leaks and proper fit of the
lid.
3. Take care when working to ensure there is
enough slack in all hoses that are connected
