We care about the safety of you and your child.
Therefore, we strongly recommend reading the following
instructions and warnings carefully before installing the

Visual instructions on how and where to mount, and how
to use the seat and relevant accessories can be found in
the corresponding chapter and number on pages 3 - 9.
B - Instructions for mounting
1. Put the foot strap through the footstep, and pull to fix
the strap.
2. Add the footsteps to the seat.
3. If you are using the Compact adapter, go to step 4.
If you are using the MTB adapter, go to step 7.
4. Unscrew the bolts of the compact adapter and
separate both parts.
5. Check whether you have a long quill (5A & 5B) or a
short quill (5C & 5D) and select the correct diameter.
Assemble the corresponding inserts inside of the
compact adapter.
6. Add both parts of the compact adapter around the
steering pin and tighten the bolts to max. 5 Nm. Make
sure the adapter is evenly tightened.
Go to step 9.
7. Remove the cover (A). Disassemble the handlebar
according to the manufacturer's instruction (B). Place
the adapter on the stem (C). If needed, you can pass
cables through the adapter (D). Reassemble the
handlebar on top of the adapter according to the
manufacturers instruction (E). Place a washer on bolt
#1 and thread it through the adapter. Fasten the bolt
with a split washer and nut (F). Tighten the bolt and
nut to a maximum torque of 5 Nm (G). Slide the cover
over the adapter (H).
If using with a windscreen, go to step 8. Otherwise, go
to step 9.
8. Unscrew the hex bolt of the windscreen block (A) and
remove the clamp (B). Take the windscreen out of the
block (C). Take the left flange nut out of the block (D)
and place it in the windscreen bracket (E). You can
discard the hex bolt, clamp, and block with washer (F).
Place the windscreen stem against the bracket (G)
and secure it with bolt #2 and a split washer (H).
Remove the cap from the MTB adapter and add the
windscreen bracket (I). Secure with 2 bolts #3 and 2
washers (J). Adjust the windscreen and tighten the
bolts to a maximal torque of 5 Nm (K).
9. To install the seat, push the lock lever down (A) and
simultaneously pull the clamp to the back (B). Put the
metal bracket inside the mounting block (C & D) and
push down. Check that the clamp and lock are fixed to
the mounting block.
10. Make sure that the seat does not slope forward to
avoid your child sliding out of it. The backrest should
slope slightly backward.
11. To demount the seat: Repeat steps 7 A & B and remove
the seat (C).
Make sure to regularly check that the seat and the
relevant fasteners are fully tightened and secured.
The seat should only be fitted to a suitable bike, which
10
means that the bike is appropriate for the mounting
of the specific bike seat. We advise you to check any
information supplied with the bike. If it is not available,
you should seek advice from the manufacturer or
supplier. The seat is not suitable for use on a moped.
Check that all parts of the bike function correctly with
the seat mounted.
C - Instructions for use
1. To release the belt from the buckle, push points A and
B at the same time and remove the belt (C). Do this for
each side.

the belt adjuster up (A) and pull on the loose belt end
(B).
4. To loosen the restraining system, pull the belt adjuster
up (A) and pull back (B).
5. Check that the legs of your child have a perpendicular
angle (A). If not (B), adjust the footsteps to the required
height; open the lever on the back of the foot step, (C)
adjust the height, (D) and lock the lever on the back.
(E).
6. Ensure your child's feet stay in place by fastening the
foot straps; Pull down and outward on the loose strap
end (A) to open the foot strap. To close the foot strap,
choose the correct height and hook the foot strap to
the footstep (B), fixing it by pulling down (C).
Check whether you are legally permitted to use the
seat in the country in which you intend to use it.
Your bike seat is intended for taking your child with
you on your bike in an everyday setting. The seat is not
suitable for sporting activities such as mountain biking
or racing.
The seat must not be used with speeds above 25km/h.
Check that the handlebars can still be turned properly,
both left and right, after fitting the bike seat. If the
angle of rotation is less than 45 degrees left or right,
we recommend fitting different handlebars.
Do not carry a child that is too young to sit safely in the
seat. The seat is approved for children from 9 months
to 3 years old, with a maximum weight of 15 kg and
maximum height of 93 cm.
Only carry children that can sit unaided for an
extended period of time, and at least for as long as the
intended bicycle journey. Regardless of age, your child
must be able to hold their head up.
Once you have installed the seat for the first time,
make sure to take a brief test ride without and with
your child in a safe and quiet environment.
Check that the bike seat is not too hot in the sun
during nice weather before putting your child in the
seat.
Always carefully check the stability/balance when
placing your child into the seat on your bike.
Make sure that it is not possible for any part of your
child's body or clothing to come into contact with any
moving part of the seat or bike such as the wheels,
