I took some photos, but the computer doesn't recognize my camera. What should I do?
First of all, make sure you have taken the photos.
Take some photos to test, then try downloading them to your computer.
Alternatively, try inserting the memory card directly into your computer's card reader, or use an
external card reader that can be connected to your computer's USB port.
Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements detailed in this manual.
How to make sure I won't lose any important photos?
As all photos will be stored on the micro SD card inserted in your camera, make sure there is
always enough space available on the card.
It is recommended that you upload photos stored on the card to your computer regularly to make
more space on the memory card.
What if my computer has the MAC OS system?
The device can work as a removable disk, Mac OSX (version 10.5x or higher)
