CLEANING BY HAND
•
Lift the lid and pour some dishwashing liquid into the
bowl. Use a grease-dissolving detergent to remove
residual oil and ingredients from the bowl.

Pour warm water into the bowl until it is at least half
full. Insert the knives or whisk and put the lid on.
•
Pull the cord to set the water in motion to loosen the
leftovers from the bowl.
•
Dampen the rough side of a sponge and add a small
amount of dishwashing liquid if necessary. Sweep the
sponge through and over the chopper and remove any
remaining food debris.
•
Perform a final rinse to remove food residue and
detergent from the bowl.
•
Dry all parts of the chopper.
