USER INSTRUCTIONS
PUT THE BABY CARRIER ON
(fig.1, fig. 2)
WARNING: Always adjust the shoulder straps to correct fit on the shoulders before placing the child in
the baby carrier.
- Open the clips placed on the lateral belts.
- Using the carrier it is recommended to cross the lateral belts on the back for a major safety, in order
to prevent the belts from possible slipping of the shoulders.
- Fasten the lateral belts and adjust them to your body by pulling the remaining straps of the belts.
- Fasten the buckle of the lumbar belt and adjust to proper fit by pulling the adjustment strap.
- After having adjusted the lumbar belt to a correct fit, insert the remaining strap of adjustment into the
loops in order to prevent it from loosen during use. ( fig 2).
HOW TO PLACE BABY INSIDE THE BABY CARRIER
- It is recommended that you place the child in the baby carrier while sitting.
PLACE THE BABY IN THE BABY CARRIER LOOKING INWARDS FACING PARENT
(fig.3-fig.6)
- In order to place the baby easily and comfortably in the baby carrier, unfasten the clips "a" and "b"
and release the touch fastener "c" from one of the lateral sides (fig.3).
- Place the child, in front of you, inside the baby carrier from the open side (fig.4)
WARNING: Hold your child safely while carrying out this operation. Ensure that the child's legs are
positioned correctly, straddling the seat, and that the arm is positioned correctly through the proper
opening.
- Close the touch fastener making sure the correct position of the legs.
WARNING: Ensure that all the buckles are fastened correctly.
-It is necessary to adjust the width around baby's waist and leg openings. Ensure that the baby carrier is
neither too large nor too tight, and that it fits the baby's body correctly (fig.6)
- Repeat the same operation on the other side.
- The harness opening for legs must be as tight as possible.
- Adjust the upper buckle straps according to the baby's body.
- If the baby is able to control his/her neck you could lower the head support of the baby carrier. (fig.8
- fig.10). Ensure that all the buckles "a" are fastened correctly.
The baby will in this way be able to explore what surrounds him/her as well as having more contact with
you.
- If the baby falls asleep bring back the head support in upright position to avoid discomfort for your
baby's neck.
IMPORTANT: If baby is sleeping, turn his/her face to one side in order to avoid a possible asphyxiation
against your body.
PLACE THE BABY IN THE BABY CARRIER LOOKING FORWARDS FACING THE STREET
(fig.7-fig.11)
- The baby could only be put in this position if he/she is able to hold his/her neck
upright.
- Unfasten the upper clip from both sides. Remove the rubber parts of the small cushion (fig.7 – fig. 11)
and bend the head support downwards.
- Place the baby in position facing forwards (with it's back against your body) and follow the same steps
as in the ones taken to place the baby looking inwards.
WARNING: Ensure that all the buckles are fastened correctly and that the child's legs are positioned
correctly straddling the seat.
- Adjust the upper belts, this time in such a way that the baby's back is positioned upright and straight. (fig.11)
