If the battery discharges during use, connect the appliance to the mains using the
appropriate cable (10) and feeder (9).
Using the "trimmer"
• Check that the appliance is clean and dry.
• Remove the protective cap (12).
• Lift the Trimmer (7) pushing it upwards until it engages.
• Turn on the appliance by moving the switch (4) to position "1".
• Place the Trimmer blades near the sideburn and shave gently.
• Turn off the appliance by moving the switch (4) to position "0".
• Lower the Trimmer (7) pushing it downwards until it engages.
MAINTENANCE
To replace the interchangeable ergonomic component (13):
1. Unscrew the 4 screws.
2. Remove the attached component.
3. Put in the other component.
4. Tighten the 4 screws.
In case of malfunction or damage to the appliance or a part of it, the appliance must be analysed
by the manufacturer or the relevant technical assistance or in any case by a person with similar
skills in order to prevent any risk. The user must not disassemble the device him/herself.
GENERAL CLEANING
It is recommended to clean daily or after every use.
Always disconnect the power cord from the mains socket before cleaning.
Avoid all risk of electric shock by not cleaning the appliance with water and
do not immerse it in water if it is connected to the power supply.
Do not use abrasive solutions or concentrated detergents.
• Clean the exterior with a soft cloth or slightly damp cloth.
• After use, make sure that all parts are completely dry.

• Check that the appliance is off and disconnect it from the power mains.
• Press the unlock button of the head (3).
• Lift the head to disengage it.
• To clean the blades (8), use the appropriate brush supplied (11 fig. A).
• To reinsert the head, press it downwards firstly engaging the left side and then the right side.
