SPECIAL SAFETY RULES FOR BANDSAWS
Always stop the bandsaw before removing scrap pieces from the table.
Always keep hands and fi ngers away from the blade. Never attempt to saw
stock that does not have a fl at surface, unless a suitable support is used.
Always hold material fi rmly and feed it into the blade at a moderate speed.
Always turn off the machine if the material is to be backed out of an
uncompleted cut. Adjust the upper guide about 1/8" above the material
being cut. Check for proper blade size and type for the thickness and type
of material being cut. Make sure that the blade tension and blade tracking
are properly adjusted. Make "relief" cuts before cutting long curves.
Release blade tension when the saw will not be used for a long period of
time.
USER RESPONSIBILITY / WARRANTY
This machine will perform in conformity with the description contained in
the instructions provided. This machine must be checked periodically.
Defective equipment (including power cable) should not be used. Parts that
are broken, missing, obviously worn, distorted or contaminated, should be
replaced immediately. Should such repair or replacement become necessa-
ry, it is recommended that only genuine replacement parts are used and that
such repairs are carried out by qualifi ed persons. This machine or any of its
parts should not be altered or changed from standard specifi cations. The
user of this machine shall have the sole responsibility for any malfunction
that results from improper use or unauthorized modifi cation from standard
specifi cations, faulty maintenance, damage or improper repair by anyone
other than a qualifi ed person. This machine is covered by warranty provi-
ding the nature of the claim is the result of faulty workmanship or from a
breakdown in basic materials and is not caused either directly or indirectly
through mis-use or abuse and providing that such a claim is first reported to
the selling agent from whom the machine was originally purchased. Any
faulty parts or equipment may require return to the selling agent suitably
packed and freight pre-paid. The warranty is valid for a period of twelve
months starting from the purchase date and consists of the replacement of
faulty parts (labour and freight not included) which are found to be defec-
tive. The warranty will be void if any unauthorised persons tamper with the
machine or equipment.

The machine is supplied partly
assembled. Prior to use, the follo-
wing items have to be assembled;
working table, rip fence and crank
handle. WARNING! Use a 2000kg
wrecker hang to lift up this bandsaw
with Ring (Fig.1) to suitable place.
To ensure suffi cient upright stabili-
ty of this bandsaw and safety, you
need to bolt this bandsaw to fl oor
on M10 screw.
