USING THE TABLET
The tracer should be replaced when it becomes worn. Follow
the steps below to do so:
Switch off the machine and unplug the power cord.
1) Release the screw (T1) using the 3 mm Allen key.
2) Rotate the adjustment wheel (9) until the tracer (2) is fully
removed.
3) Insert and secure the new tracer, ensuring that the flat
end is facing upwards.
4) The depth adjustment process should be repeated. The
steps for doing so are explained in another section of this
manual.
6.4 ACCESSING THE INTERIOR
See Figure 13
For maintenance requiring access to the machine interior,
proceed as follows:
Switch off the machine and unplug the power
cord.
1) Very carefully roll the machine onto its rear side.
2) Remove the four feet. Unscrew the four screws (T3) to do
so.
3) Remove the lower casing. Unscrew the screw (T4) to do so.
6.5 REPLACING FUSES
See Figure 14
If the machine fails to start when pressing the on/off switch,
the condition of the fuses should be checked. Follow the
steps below to do this:
Switch off the machine and unplug the power
cord.
1) Remove the fuse holder at the rear of the machine, next to
the power cable socket.
2) Check whether the fuse has blown. If necessary, replace
the fuse with another of the same type and value.
6.6 POWER SWITCH REPLACEMENT
See Figure 15
Follow the steps below to do this:
1) Access the interior of the machine as indicated in Section
6.4 of this manual.
2) Squeeze the tabs on the switch to remove it.
3) Disconnect the wires from the switch, noting down the
position of each one beforehand.
4) Connect the wires to the new switch.
5) Squeezing the tabs on the switch, push it all the way back
into position
6.7 BRIDGE RECTIFIER REPLACEMENT
See Figure 16
Follow the steps below to do this:
1) Access the interior of the machine as indicated in Section
6.4 of this manual.
2) Disconnect the wires from the bridge rectifier (V), noting
down the position of each one beforehand.
3) Remove the screw (T5) holding the bridge rectifier (V) in
place.
4) Secure the new bridge rectifier (V) using the screw (T5).
5) Connect the wires to the new bridge rectifier.
6.8 CIRCUIT BREAKER REPLACEMENT
See Figure 17

1) Access the interior of the machine as indicated in Section
6.4 of this manual.
