1.1 Intended use
The SUP (Stand Up Paddle) Board is intended for recreational use, for use off shore, no further than
150 meters or the maximum allowed by local coastal authorities. This product should not be used in
breaking waves or on days with high winds and currents. The product is intended for use only in open
water such as sheltered bays and small lakes. The product should not be used as a toy, rescue device,
flotation device, on land or for winter sports. Users must be able to swim without aids and be 6 years
of age or older. Users must take appropriate and approved lessons before attempting to use a stand
up SUP board. The product should not be used for commercial purposes, but only for personal use. For
longer distances on open water, such as large lakes or the ocean, there are touring SUP boards. These
SUP boards are designed for speed and stability over longer distances.
The supplier is released from liability for any injury or damage caused by using the product beyond its
intended use. Any modification of the product may affect your safety and warranty.
