Question/problem - cause
Cause
The sander does not run or runs at low speed:
• The compressor is switched off;
• The shut-off valve of the compressed air system is closed;
• The airflow control valve is closed or clogged;
• Low air pressure;
• Leaked air hose;
• The sander has signs of moisture;
• The silencer is clogged;
• The ON/OFF switch is locked;
• The shaft has waste accumulation;
• Inadequate or non-existent lubrication;
Existence of large air leaks:
• Damaged parts;
• Incorrectly assembled parts;
The appliance overheats during operation:
• Inadequate or non-existent lubrication;
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
The warranty of this air sander is two years from the date of
purchase. You should, therefore, keep your proof of purchase
during this period. The warranty covers any manufacturing
defect in material or operation, as well as parts and work
needed for their recovery.
Excluded from the warranty are the misuse of the product, any
repairs carried out by unauthorized individuals (outside the
service center of the brand VITO) as well as any damage caused
by the use of it.
Solution
• Switch on the compressor;
• Open the shut-off valve;
• Open the airflow control valve or clean;
• Increase the pressure on the air filter regulator lubricator;
• Replace the air hose;
• Drain the pressure regulator cup;
• Clean the silencer;
• Ensure free movement of the "ON/OFF" switch;
• Clean the shaft;
• Grease properly;
• Replace the damaged parts;
• Ensure parts are properly assembled and tightened;
• Grease properly;
