Safety instructions
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following safety notices. Read all instructions.
WARNING!
Faulty electric installation or excess mains voltage can cause an
electric shock.
- Only connect the power unit if the mains voltage of the socket
matches the information shown on the rating plate.
- Only operate the device with the plug-in power supply unit
supplied. Only use the plug-in power supply for this device. In
the event of a defect, the plug-in power supply unit may only
be replaced with a power supply unit of the same type.
- Only connect the plug-in power supply to an easily accessible
socket so that you can quickly disconnect the plug-in power
supply from the mains in the event of a fault.
- Do not use the device if there is visible damage or if the power
cable or the power unit is defective.
- If the power cable of the device is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, the manufacturer's customer service or a
similarly qualified person in order to prevent hazards.
- Never open or remove the housings of the device and the plug-
in power supply unit. There are live parts inside the housings
and touching them can cause an electric shock.
- Do not open the device. Leave repairs to a qualified service
technician. Contact the service address indicated on the
warranty card. Liability and warranty claims are excluded if you
