5.1 Safety instructions
ELECTRICAL DANGER
Risk linked to electric current!
• No contact with heat sources should take place with the electrical cord.
• The cord should not hang over the edge of a table or counter.
• Do not pour water into a device that is operating or still hot.
• The device must be properly connected and comply with current regulations.
WARNING
When operating, the device can reach high temperatures. To avoid burns and accidents, do not use the
device if it is malfunctioning, and do not use spare parts that are not original.

If incorrectly installed, the device may be dangerous and cause injury. Before any installation, check the
electrical network data. Plug in the device only when it complies. The device must be unpacked and checked
completely before connection by a professional.
5.2 Use
WARNING
The installation of the device and maintenance should only be carried out by professionals.
• Do not leave the device running without monitoring it.
• During use, your hands must be dry.
• Do not move or tilt the device during operation.
Manual :
- The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All protection must be completely removed.
- Place the appliance upright on a solid, flat surface. Never place the refrigerated display case on a flammable
surface. Place this machine to ensure optimal air circulation. We advise you to keep a minimum distance of
10 cm from the wall and other objects.
- Do not install this device near open fires or other heating devices.
- Do not install the device in a wet or humid place.
- The electrical cable must be protected at least 16 amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a power strip will cause the device to trip.
- To avoid damage to the compressor, the device must not be tilted
more than 45° during transport or installation.
- Leave the device to rest for 2 hours before its first use.
- Before use, the device must be cleaned
- Plug in the device and press the ON button, choose the desired temperature. Do not add drinks until the
desired temperature has been reached.
- LCD indicator: the indicator light is on during the refrigeration phase and remains off as long as the
temperature of the refrigeration chamber is stable and flashes when the compressor remains off for too long.
- LCD defrost indicator: the device is equipped with automatic defrosting which is activated 4 times per 24
hours. The indicator light comes on during the defrosting phase and turns off at the end of defrosting. It
flashes when the appliance has not been defrosted for a long time.
- Manual defrosting is also possible if the efficiency of the refrigeration decreases, for example during
accidental opening.
- Any hot dish must be cooled before inserting it into the appliance.
- The height of the shelves must be adapted to the height of the dishes. Dishes should be properly spaced
to maximize the effect of refrigeration.
WARNING !
The compressor may reach a high temperature. It is prohibited to touch the surface of the compressor
when the device is running or immediately after use to avoid any risk of injury!
