20.9.6 - SAFETY THRESHOLD
This parameter allows you to set the minimum comparison value between two fingerprints for them to be considered
from the same user. Values above 90, the default, result in higher FALSE REJECTION rates, which also reduces the
number of potential imposters. It is recommended to change the default value only in case of FALSE ACCEPTANCE
or change of user identification.
NOTES: Check the "KEEP FINGER ON SENSOR": Performs consecutive reads without waiting for the warning
screen to timeout after validating or rejecting the fingerprint reading.
20.9.7 - IMAGE VERIFICATION
On this screen it is possible to check the image captured by the optical sensor.
20.10 - RESTORING THE ORIGINAL SETTINGS
To restore the factory default settings, press the RESTORE button once and wait for the 10-second countdown. By
default, only settings will be restored and user enrollments and fingerprints are not changed.
If it is necessary to delete the entire database, check the DELETE USER DATA box to delete USER (and ADMINIS-
TRATOR) records, FINGERPRINT, GROUPS, SHIFTS, etc.
