The thermostat then operates cyclically to maintain the
selected temperature.
Arrange the food and cook according to your preference.
The temperature can be reduced to keep the food warm.
While cooking:
- Do not leave any cooking utensils in contact with the
griddle, such as cutlery, wooden or plastic items.
After use, turn the control knob to 'O' and unplug the
appliance.
Warning: the grease collection cup should only be handled
when it has cooled down.
8/ CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The griddle on your appliance cannot be removed.
In order to maintain your appliance in perfect operating
condition, it is recommended to clean it after each use.

Periodically clean the sides and front of your appliance
with a sponge and washing-up liquid. Do not use abrasive
products.
Important: Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

The most effective and easiest way to clean the Plancha is
when it is still warm after use. It can also be gently heated
for a few minutes.
Start by emptying the residue collection cup if it is full, then
replace it.
As a result of the quality coatings on our planchas, cleaning
the griddle is quick and easy.
Simply pour a little room-temperature water or white
vinegar onto your griddle while it is still warm. The fact that
the water muddies on the plate will loosen any residue and
grease, making the rest of the cleaning operation easier.
