Then simply use a spatula to scrape the residue and
remaining grease into the grease collection cup. Monitor
the level of the recovery cup throughout the cleaning
process to prevent it from overflowing. Adding other
cleaning fluids (water, vinegar, etc.) can speed up filling of
the grease collection container considerably.
Empty the grease collection container and replace if
necessary.
We recommend emptying it after each use, and putting it in
the dishwasher if possible.
Finish cleaning by washing the griddle with a sponge and
washing-up liquid, rinse with clean water and dry the plate.
Please note:
Do not use ice cubes on the plate if it is still hot, as the
thermal shock can damage the enamel surface.
We also advise you not to use paper towels or abrasive
sponges, as they can scratch the paint, leaving marks and
even damaging the markings. A soft microfiber towel is as
efficient and will prevent damages.
