Do not use the appliance if the mains plug or mains cable are damaged, if it has
been dropped or damaged in any other way. Only have the appliance serviced or
repaired by a qualified technician. Repairs carried out by unqualified persons can
cause injuries or serious faults.
If the appliance's mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufac-
turer, their after-sales service or a similarly qualified person in order to prevent
safety hazards.
To remove the mains plug from the socket, grasp the mains plug/mains adaptor
and not the mains cable. Do not pull on the cable.
Switch off the appliance before removing the plug from the socket.
Do not lay the mains cable over sharp metal edges, do not place heavy objects
on it and protect it from heat. Do not bend, twist or knot the mains cable.Do not
allow the mains cable to hang down next to or in front of the work surface. Do
not wrap the mains cable around the unit.
Never immerse the appliance, the mains plug or the mains cable in water or
other liquids.
Never use the product in the immediate vicinity of a bath, shower or swimming pool.
If the device falls into water, the mains plug should be pulled out immediately. Never
attempt to remove the appliance from the water while it is connected to the mains.
Only use the product indoors. Never operate it in damp rooms or in the rain.
Do not touch the appliance with damp or wet hands.
The appliance must always be switched off and disconnected from the mains
power supply for inserting or removing accessories, when not in use, faulty during
operation and for cleaning.
Do not under any circumstances open the housing of the device: repairs must be
left to specialists. For repairs, visit a specialist workshop.
Do not cover the appliance during use to avoid the appliance catching fire. Ensure
that the air intake and outlet is not blocked.
Do not use the appliance in rooms containing highly flammable substances or toxic
and explosive vapours.

to prevent injury or damage to the appliance.
