INFORMATION ON DISPOSAL
PRODUCT
Pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree No. 49 of 14 March 2014 "Implementation of Directive
2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)", the presence of the wheeled bin
symbol indicates that this product is not to be considered urban waste: Non-separate disposal can
be a potential harm to the environment and health. This product may be returned to the distributor
upon purchase of a new appliance.
Improper disposal of the product constitutes fraudulent conduct and is subject to sanctions by the Public
Safety Authority. For more information, please contact the local environmental authority.
PACKAGING
For information on how to properly dispose of the packaging that protects this product and its parts and/or
accessories, follow the instructions in the packaging.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The Company Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. thanks you for your choice and guarantees that its products are the
result of the latest technologies and research.
The product is covered by a contractual warranty for the period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase by the
first user. This guarantee is without prejudice to the validity of the legislation in force concerning consumer goods
(Legislative Decree No 206 of 6 September 2005).
In order to file a complaint under the Warranty, the consumer must present the receipt or invoice certifying the
purchase of the product.
If the consumer wishes to file a complaint under the Warranty, he must contact the dealer or contact
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. directly at the e-mail address:
0422 – 6721.
Components or parts that are defective due to proven manufacturing causes will be repaired or replaced free of
charge at our authorised service network, during the above warranty period.
Repair costs, including spare parts costs, and shipping costs for the delivery of a defective product or component
will be borne by Tognana Porcellane S.p.A.
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. will also bear the shipping costs for returning the defective product or component, if
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. or the service centre requires the return of the defective product or component.
However, the consumer will have to bear the costs of packaging suitable for returning the defective product or
component.
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. reserves the right to make the complete replacement of the appliance, should the
repairability prove impossible or too expensive, with another same (or similar) product during the warranty period.
In this case, the start of the guarantee remains that of the first purchase: the performance carried out under
warranty does not extend the period of the guarantee itself.
This equipment will never be considered defective for materials or manufacture if it is adapted, changed or
regulated, to comply with national or local safety standards and/or techniques, in force in a country other than the
one for which it was originally designed and manufactured.
This appliance has been designed and built exclusively for domestic use: any other use shall make the warranty
void.
The guarantee does not cover:
• parts subject to wearing, nor those parts that require periodic replacement and/or maintenance;
• professional use of the product;
• malfunctions or any defects due to incorrect installation, configuration, software update/BIOS/firmware not
performed by authorised personnel of Tognana Porcellane S.p.A;
• repairs or interventions carried out by persons not authorised by Tognana Porcellane S.p.A;
• manipulation of assembly components or, where applicable, software.
Further claims, in particular claims for compensation, are excluded, unless liability is mandatory by law.
At the end of the period of validity of the Warranty, or for products that are not covered by it, Tognana Porcellane
S.p.A. remains at the disposal of the final customer for any questions or information. Further information is also

Tognana reserves the right to make any changes necessary for the aesthetic and qualitative improvement of the
product, at any time and without notice.
