• Do not use the appliance if the supply cord or the plug is
damaged.
• Do not pull on the supply cord. Never use the supply cord
to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.
• Do not wrap the supply cord around the appliance.
• Check the state of the supply cord. If it is damaged, it will
increase the risk of electric shock.
• If the appliance enclosure breaks, immediately disconnect
the appliance from the mains to prevent the possibility of
an electric shock.
• Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, if there
are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
• Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
• The appliance must be used and placed on a flat, stable
surface.
• Do not place the appliance on hot surfaces, such as
cooking plates, gas burners, ovens or similar.
• Take care to avoid starting the appliance involuntarily.
• Do not leave the appliance out in the rain or exposed
to moisture. If water gets into the appliance, this will
increase the risk of electric shock.
USE AND CARE
• Do not switch the appliance on without water.
• Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not
work.
• Do not move the appliance while in use.
• Respect the MAX and MIN levels.
• Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or
persons with physical, sensory or reduced mental or lack
of experience and knowledge.
• Do not store the appliance if it is still hot.
• Only use water with the appliance.
• The appliance is only intended for heating water. As a
consequence, the appliance should not be used for the
cooking or heating of milk.
• The use of bottled mineral water adapted for human
consumption is recommended.
• Never leave the appliance unattended while in use.
• Never leave the appliance connected and unattended if
it is not in use. This saves energy and prolongs the life of
the appliance.
• Take care when handling recipients containing liquids
heated in this appliance, as they may boil fiercely.
• CAUTION: Water condensation may appear on the
surfaces and objects around this appliance.

If the model of your appliance does not have the

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
• Remove the appliance's protective film.
• Before using the product for the first time, boiling water to
remove all remaining dust and impurities is advisable.
FILLING WITH WATER
• You must fill the water compartment before turning on the
appliance.
• Open the lid by pressing the opening button.
• Fill the receptacle taking care to observe the MAX and
MIN levels.
• Close the lid.
• Put the container back in its place.
USE
• Take the length of the supply cord required out of the
housing.
• Attach the appliance to its base, making sure that it is
correctly fitted into place.
• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Switch on the appliance using the on/off switch.
• Once the water has boiled, the appliance will switch off
automatically.
• The appliance can be switched on again using the switch
once the control device has cooled; if it is not switched on
again, do not force it; allow it to cool.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE
• Unplug the appliance from the mains.
