INSERTING AND REPLACING BATTERIES
Follow the instructions as shown in Fig. A and B.
After inserting a new battery, wait for at least 10 seconds for the
timer to become operational. Only use one 9V alkaline battery.
Note: Your timer is equipped with a particular safety system designed
to stop the water flow if the battery is depleted.
TAP CONNECTION
Insert the gasket with filter inside the upper ring nut. Loosen, by
unscrewing, the outer ring nut and then screw the upper ring nut
onto the tap, tightening it firmly, but not too tight. Tighten the
whole fitting by tightening the outer ring nut. Turn on the tap to
make sure there are no leaks. If there are any leaks, unscrew the
whole fitting, check that the internal gasket is positioned correctly
and repeat the steps described above. Furthermore, check that the
outlet connector is screwed on tightly.
Note: We recommend positioning the timer in a sheltered place away
from rain and direct sunlight. Do not place the system underground.
WATERING PROGRAMMING
To set frequency and watering time, turn the knob to the desired
value. The watering will start after 3 seconds from the last rotation.
