Troubleshooting
Potential Cause/Solution
Check that the power is switched on at
the wall.
Check if the power cable is properly
connected to the unit.
If you have no power when using
batteries, remove all from the battery
compartment, and plug the unit into the
mains.
Check if the unit MODE is correctly
selected.
If you have no sound on Bluetooth Mode
while pairing the Oakcastle CD250 with
your device, check and increase the
volume level on both.
Ensure that the Oakcastle CD250 is set
in Bluetooth mode and make sure you
also switch on Bluetooth on your device.
Check if the Oakcastle CD250 is paired
with other devices. Remove from other
devices and try pairing again.
Ensure you are playing a CD in
supported formats.
Remove the CD and clean gently with a
dry cloth and try again.
Replace the CD with a different one.
