Play Guitar Hero on Wii®
Remove the remote compartment cover on the bottom of the guitar. Insert the plug into the external
extension connector on the bottom of the Wii® remote. Slide the remote, and the strap and cable into
the compartment. Replace the compartment cover and lock in place. Slide the power toggle switch
on the guitar to "ON". (make sure you have put the batteries into the battery compartment1. Press the
"HOME" button on the remote to turn it on. Be sure the remote has synchronized with your Wii® game
console. Your guitar is ready to play.
Play Rock Band on Wii®
The remote must be detached from the guitar when you play Rock band. Insert the USB plug of the
wireless receiver into the USB port of your Wii® game console. Slide the toggle switch on the receiver
to "ROCK BAND". Turn on your Wii® as you normal would. The indicator on the receiver will begin to
flash. Turn on your guitar. Press the "CONNECT" button on the guitar and receiver at the same time.
When the RX indicator stops flashing, the connection is complete. Your guitar is ready to play.
Play Guitar Hero on PS3®
The Wii remote must be detached from the guitar when you play PS3 or PS2 games. Insert the USB
plug of the wireless receiver into the USB port of your PS3 game console. Slide the toggle switch
on the receiver to "GUITAR HERO". Turn on your PS3 as you normally would. The indicator on the
receiver will begin to flash. Turn on your guitar and your guitar is ready to play.
Play Rock band on PS3®
The Wii remote must be detached from the guitar when you play PS2 or PS2 games. Insert the USB
plug of the wireless receiver into the USB port of your PS3 game console. Slide the toggle switch on
the receiver to "ROCK BAND". Turn on your PS3 as you normally would. The indicator on the receiver
will begin to flash. Turn on your guitar. Press the "CONNECT" button on the guitar and receiver at the
same time. When the RX indicator stops flashing, the connection is complete. Your guitar is ready to
play.
