Preparations before operation
•
To check if there has enough refrigerant in the tank.
•
The volume should be 4~6 kg.
•
To check the amount of refrigerant in the tank, press.
•
Empty the used oil bot.
•
The display will show the amount of refrigerant in the
tank.
•
Check the vehicle A/C system. If there are any leaks,
repair them before using the machine.
Warning: When the machine is running, never to run the A/C
system!
POWER ON
Description
Auto mode
Using this function, the machine will
perform automatically the selected
operations.
Flushing/Recovery
Use this function to flush the A/C system.
After flushing, the machine will automati-
cally recover oil and refrigerant from the
A/C system.
Refrigerant recovery
Use this function to recover the refrige-
rant in the vehicle's A/C system.
Vacuum
Use this function to make the vacuum in
the A/C system.
New oil adding
To fill new oil into the A/C system
Recharging
Use this function to charge the refrigerant
into the vehicle.
Database
You can check the amount of refrigerant
and oil needed.

AUTO MODE
Use this function to have the machine automatically perform
the selected operations.
First, you must enter the parameters and then the machine
will perform all operations automatically. Before using this
option you must completely empty the used oil bottle and
sufficiently fill the new oil bottle.
Select the Auto Mode function
Set the all parameters.

Flushing: Yes/No
•
Flushing time
•
Vacuum time
•
New oil quantity
•
Refrigerant quantity
•
Press the ENTER key to start.
When finished, it'll stop automatically.
CLEANING
•
Using this function, you can flush the oil from the A/C
system and recover any refrigerant in the system.
•
Before performing the cleaning operation, turn on the
A/C and let it run for 5 to 10 minutes.
•
Set it to minimum temperature and medium air output.
•
Turn off the vehicle A/C.
Warning: do not start the air conditioning during the flushing
process! Otherwise, it easily causes damages to the air-con-
ditioning and risk of accident!
To achieve good washing performance, the washing time
should be longer than 30 minutes.
Note: Washing time does not include the recovery process
time. After the washing is finished, the machine will automati-
cally run the recovery function.
Operations:
•
Select the cleaning function
ENTER key.
•
Set the cleaning time.
•
Press the ENTER key to start.
•
When finished, it'll stop automatically.
NOTICE: It is normal for there to be sound of solenoid valve
action during the working process. PLEASE DO NOT STOP IT.
The used oil can be drained automatically.
ATTENTION: It is strictly forbidden to press the button on the
new and used oil bottles.
