Product description
Battery-powered LED head lamp with continuous dimming function from 10% to
100%. Non-contact switch-on and switch-off with a move of the hand due to the
movement sensor. Adjustment to optimum lighting angle by tilting the head lamp.

4.1.1.
Batteries
CAUTION
Release of electrolyte
Eye and skin irritation through release of poisonous and corrosive electrolyte.
▶ Avoid contact with eyes and body.
▶ In the event of contact, wash the area affected with plenty of water and seek
medical assistance.
4.2.
INTENDED USE
Remove batteries if the lamp will not be used for a longer period of time.
Use batteries of the same type and quality.
For both industrial and private use.
Dust-proof and splash-proof to IP 54.
Shock-resistant to IK 07.
4.3.
REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Not suitable for use by children.
Do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Do not expose to strong heat, direct sunlight or open fire.
If the casing is damaged, do not continue to use the work lamp.
To change the battery, open the casing only at the specified place. Otherwise, do
not open the casing.
Do not replace the light bulb.
Do not recharge the supplied batteries.
Do not mix old and new batteries.

Commissioning
5.1.
INSERTING OR REPLACING BATTERIES
ü Never shine the lamp directly into anyone's eyes.
1. Open battery compartment on the rear of the lamp.
2. Remove the used batteries.
▶ Always remove and replace all of the batteries.
3. Insert three AAA/LR03 batteries into the lamp in the specified direction.
4. Close battery compartment.
▶ Lamp is ready for use.

Operation

WARNING
Risk of blinding and injury to the retina
▶ Never look directly into the light beam.
▶ Do not direct light beam at animals' or people's eyes.
▶ In the event of commercial use, the user must be instructed according to the ac-
cident prevention regulations.
6.1.
SWITCHING THE LED ON AND OFF

Lamp saves the previously used setting for the LED.
1. Press the on/off button in order to switch on the LED.
2. When the LED lights up, press on/off button again and keep it pressed.
▶ Dimming function activated.
3. Release on/off button, press it again and keep it pressed.
▶ LED grows lighter.
▶ Display of the lowest or highest dimming setting through the lamp flashing
until the on/off button is released.
4. Press on/off button again in order to switch off LED.
6.2.
ACTIVATING THE MOVEMENT SENSOR

1. Press button for turning movement sensor on/off.
2. Move hand in front of movement sensor.
3. In order to prevent device switching on accidentally, carry out hand movement
twice.
▶ LED lights up.
7.
Storage
Remove batteries from the lamp before storing. Store at temperatures between -10°C
and +40°C. Do not store close to corrosive or aggressive chemical substances,
solvents, heat, moisture or dirt.
8.
Cleaning
Clean them using a soft dry cloth. Do not use chemical, alcohol-based, abrasive or
solvent-based cleaners.

10. Recycling and disposal
Torch and batteries must not be disposed of in domestic waste. Comply
with the national regulations for disposal. Torch and batteries must be
taken to a suitable collection point.
