Note: Do not use the cotton candy maker if the transparent ring is loose.

Place the extractor head into the heating element. Pay attention to align the joint.

Connect the power plug of the cotton candy maker to the socket.
Make sure that all parts are correctly assembled and that the appliance is switched off before connecting it
to the socket.

Turn the switch to "I" position and allow to run for 5 minutes, this will allow it to warm up then switch to
"O" position.

Pour one spoon of sugar with the provided measuring spoon into the center receptacle of the extractor
head. Switch to "I" position.
If you want to use hard candies, you must evenly place two or more hard candies in the center of the
extractor head, and the hard candy ingredients are best saccharose or white sugar, and not to contain starch.
The length and width of the hard candy shall less than 20 mm, thickness not exceed 10 mm, and the max
quantity can be processed 5 or 6 pcs at a time.
NOTE: Do not overfill the sugar receptacle. Only pour one spoon of sugar with the providing measuring spoon
each time. Maximum quantity of sugar is about 15g.

Use the bamboo sticks or use a normal piece of paper and make a roll out of it. Use this as the stick to roll
up the cotton candy. You shall hold the stick horizontal over the transparent part and go from left to right
when you roll up the cotton candy. You can use also a wooden stick which is suitable for using for food
preparation.
NOTE: Do not put the paper roll or wooden stick inside the transparent part, this action can get you burned.
9.
Turn off the appliance when all the sugar has been dispensed. Wait until the extractor head has come to a
complete stop, you can pour another spoon of sugar in the extractor head and begin again. The cotton candy
maker should be flowing more quickly as the unit is warmed up sufficiently.
Important! The appliance is subject to overheating if used more than 30 minutes at a time. Therefore, it must
be allowed to cool for at least 10 minutes for every 30 minutes of use. Overheat may pose a fire hazard.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely before disassembling it for cleaning.
2.
All removable plastic parts are dishwasher safe.
3.
Clean the motor unit by wiping it with a soft damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
