INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. SAFETY WARNINGS
ො Children under 3 years of age should be kept out of the reach of the appliance unless
they are continuously supervised.
ො Children from 3 years and under 8 years and people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge should only switch the appli-
ance on/off as long as it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating
position and They are supervised or have received instructions regarding the use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the risks that the appliance poses. They must not,
however, plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or carry out maintenance operations.
ො Children must not play with the appliance.
ො For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a
rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical circuit.
Ask your installer for advice.
ො If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid risks, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer, maintenance department or similar sector professionals.
ො This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
ො Only the appropriate connector must be used.
ො Do not use attachments not recommended or supplied for this product.
ො Disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
ො Use charge and store the appliance at a temperature between 15°C and 35°C. (Fig. 3)
ො Only use the USB line supplied to charge the appliance. If the USB line is damaged, always
have it replaced with one of the original type in order to avoid a hazard.
ො Do not use the appliance when one of the attachments or combs is damaged or broken
as this may cause injury.
ො Avoid the contact of the device with water. To clean the components, go to the cleaning
and maintenance section of the manual.
ො This appliance is only intended for clipping human scalp hair and for trimming and
grooming the human beard, moustache, sideburns, nose hair and ear hair. Do not use
it for another purpose.
ො Never try to trim your eyelashes.
ො If the appliance is subjected to a major change in temperature, pressure or humidity,
