This troubleshooting guide is general for all the instruments belonging to F31XB new series. Some of these faults and
solutions may not apply to your device.

Reason
1. No power
2. The power cord is not properly
inserted or connected

Overheating can cause weak output
power.
1. The thread of the diamond tip is not
properly tightened.
2. The inside of the dermabrasion
handle is obstructed.
3. The air tube is worn out.
4. The connection between the air tube
and the suction handle is loose.
Assistance
Only a technician authorised by Weelko is allowed
to perform any kind of repairs on the bed. Please
contact your distributor or point of sales for further
information on technical assistance.
Solution
1. Check whether the fuse in the power
base is burned out. If burnt, replace the
fuse.
2. Press the start button, the button will
ligth up after it is powered.
2. Plug or connect the power cord
properly.
1. Turn on the power button (ON).
2. Contact your supplier.
1. Unplug the output cable, and then
reinsert the socket.
1. Adjust power to a higher level.
2. Wait for the accessories to cool down.
Turn off the device when not in use.
1. Adjust the power and the air
regulation valve.
2. Replace the microdermabrasion
accessories.
3. Replace the air hose with a new
one, adjust the connecting piece, and
change the filters.
