This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very
vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating.
Not to be used by very young children (0-3 years). Children under the age of three
are not to use this appliance due to their ability to react to overheating.
Children shall not play with the blanket.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children without
supervision.
Never use the blanket unsupervised.
Prolonged use of the blanket at a high setting could lead to skin burns.
Never touch a blanket that has fallen into water. Unplug the blanket from the mains
outlet immediately.
Keep the mains cable away from hot surfaces.
Never carry, pull or turn the blanket by the mains cable and do not let the cable get
tangled.
Do not use the blanket when wet and only use it in dry environments (not in the
bathroom or similar environments).
The controller and cable must not be exposed to any kind of moisture.
If a fault occurs, do not attempt to repair the blanket by yourself. Repairs must only
be carried out by an authorized service specialist or other suitably qualified
personnel.
If the power supply cable is damaged, it may only be replaced by, an authorised
service specialist or by qualified electricians. In order to prevent hazards, always
send the blanket to the service centre.
Let the blanket cool down completely before folding and storing it. Do not fold it too
tight.
When not in use, store the blanket as follows:
Store the blanket in its original packaging and keep it in a clean, dry place.
Fold the power cable carefully to avoid cable breaks.
Do not crease the blanket by placing items on top of it during storage.
Should you have any concerns about health issues, consult your doctor before using
the blanket.
The appliance can be used by children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years
under supervision and with the control always set to minimum temperature value.
The cable and control unit of the appliance can give rise to risks of entanglement,
strangulation, tripping or treading if not correctly arranged. The user shall make sure
that excess ties and electric cords shall be arranged in a safe way.
