6. Do not ca y this appliance by supply cord or use cord as a
handle. Keep the cord away from heated su faces.
7. Never drop or inse t any objects into any opening.
8. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or
where oxygen is being administered.
9. Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratching.
10. Do not break, twist, or drag the cord. Do not place excessively
heavy objects on the appliance to avoid damage.
11. Do not tu n on the appliance while sleeping/feeling asleep or after
intake of alcohol.
12. Any modification or disassembly of the appliance without
autho ization is prohibited.
13. The appliance has a heated su face. Persons insensitive to heat
must be careful when using the appliance.
14. Use heated su faces carefully. May cause se ious bu ns. Do not
use over insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation.
The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons
may be dangerous.
15. Temperatures sufficiently high to cause bu ns may occur
regardless of the control setting. Do not use on an infant or invalid or
on a sleeping or unconscious person. Do not use on insensitive skin
or on a person with poor blood circulation. Check where skin is in
contact with the heated area of the appliance frequently to reduce
the isk of bliste ing.
