FAULTS
•
In the occurrence of any of the problems cited below, check the
available solutions:

Select cooling mode and then select the appropriate
temperature and speed.
Check for obstructions in the air outlets and/or

Check if the Condenser surface is dirty.

INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
Before installing the air-conditioner for the first time, make sure
you have received all components and accessories.
ATTENTION: BOX WITH LOAD OF ISO VG 68 OIL AND
REFRIGERANT R134a CARRIED OUT!
1. Remove the original skylight from the
vehicle;
2. Apply the rubber sealant around the
roof opening;
3. Position the outer case of the air-conditioner
NOTE: The rubber seal must not block
the drainage holes located underneath
the box. The roof-mounted rubber seal
must be secured without cracks or
deformation to prevent water leakage
after installation of the unit;
4. Connect the power cable to the box;
5. Place the fixing brackets on the
threaded rods in the box and tighten
them with the self-locking nuts
6. After screwing the mounting brackets
together, fit the case trim onto the four
threaded rods and tighten them with
the self-locking nuts;
7. Add the caps to hide the screws;
8. Connect the power cable to the battery;

9. Turn on the air-conditioner and check
that the pressures of the high and
low pressure lines are within normal
parameters. (High Pressure: 150 to 180
psi / Low Pressure: 29 to 40 psi);
10. Run tests on all modes of operation
of the box and check that all functions
are working properly.
ATTENTION: Box with load
of iso vg 68 oil and refrigerant
r134a carried out!
