MAINTENANCE
If you cleaning the parts of this product,
make sure it is turned off and disconnected
from the electrical parts
•
Cleaning of internal surface: Use only a clean, damp cloth;
•
If the Evaporator and/or Condenser core is dirty, remove the
module and clean the Evaporator surface with compressed air;
•
Avoid using or hitting objects on the Evaporator Unit to remove
dirt;
•
Recommendations:
- Clean every 30 days;
- If the air-conditioner is exposed to excessive dirt, increase the
cleaning frequency;
- To obtain a good operation of the device, it is necessary to
CLEAN REGULARLY;
•
A long time without use: unplug the air-conditioner and protect
it from impact and dirt. Clean the evaporator and condenser
units and check for objects and/or dirt inside and/or outside
that could damage the product. Also, check the drains, tubes
and cables, put batteries in the remote control, do an inspec-
tion and turn on the unit

Maintenance Instructions - Vacuum and Gas Charging (IF REQUIRED)
1. It is essential that the vacuum process be performed with a
special vacuum pump.
2. Remove the housing cover and connect the hoses (high/low
pressure) together with the vacuum pump
3. Open the gauge valves fully (high and low)
4. Average time 20 to 30 minutes of vacuum realization. Make
sure that all pressurized air leaves the system completely. Then
close the gauge valves and wait 10 minutes;
5. After that, check that the pressures are unchanged;
6. If unchanged, start the refrigerant R134a charge without
contrast (600g).
7. After inserting the refrigerant, start the air conditioner and
check if the pressures of the high and low pressure lines are
within normal parameters. (High Pressure: 150 to 180 psi / Low
Pressure: 29 to 40 psi);
8.After charging the refrigerant, test all modes of operation of the
box, making sure that all functions are working properly;
9. In case of cleaning using R141b fluid, it is advisable not to apply
it to the compressor. The other parts, such as the condenser and
evaporator, can be cleaned without applying R141b;
10. In case of total cleaning of the system, the quantity of oil to be
replaced is 110ml ± 10ml.
