4.6. Contact with PECOL Technical Assistance Service
The Pecol Technical Assistance Service guarantees assistance and repair by a team of
specialised technicians who are always up to date on the most appropriate procedures,
problems and solutions for solving any malfunction or defects in your electrical
equipment. We collect, repair and return your equipment anywhere in Portugal.
Your questions and technical information will be answered quickly and efficiently.
5. Warranty
5.1. General warranty conditions
This product has a warranty period of two years from the date of purchase. If the
product is covered by warranty, repair and replacement parts will be supported by
PECOL.
Malfunctions covered by warranty:
• Defects in manufacturing and material.
Malfunctions not covered by warranty:
• Damage caused by misuse or use beyond the applications for which this machine was
designed.
• Change in the original condition of the power tool, and/or use of parts not
recommended by PECOL.
• Damage caused by falls, application of liquids and chemicals, poor maintenance,
transportation or poor storage.
• Natural wear of equipment.
• Damage caused by absence of preventive maintenance.
• Improperly opened equipment and maintenance performed by persons not authorised
by PECOL.
• Use in electrical networks outside the specifi cation for which this product was
designed to function.
You must submit the purchase invoice of this product to verify that it is under
warranty. Keep it safe. To activate the guarantee, the serial number of the machine
must appear on the invoice.
* The warranty period is 24 months or 12 months if the tool is used professionally or
under equivalent conditions.
