BATTERY MAINTENANCE
All batteries have a useful life, and their performance will decrease over time; However,
here are some tips to maximize battery life.
Make sure that the battery is charged at regular intervals, even if you will not be using
the electric scooter for an extended period of time. This is to prevent damage to the
battery caused by low voltage for an extended period of time.
Avoid completely depleting the battery. It is best to charge it while it is still charged. This
will prolong the life of the battery.
If the battery constantly empties, it will damage the battery (a battery with damage
caused by improper maintenance is not covered by the warranty).
Also if you ride the electric scooter in cold or very hot areas, the battery discharge time
may be shorter than when driving in temperatures between 15-25 ° C. It is not a failure
of the batteries, but a normal behavior.
Please note: Even a fully charged battery will run out of power if the scooter is not used
for a certain period of time.
A fully charged battery will hold the charge for 90-120 days in off mode before it is fully
discharged. If it is only partially charged, this period is shorter.
