7. To operate vaccum
• Follow correct procedures as explained in this manual.
• Attach the shoulder strap so that it lies over the left shoulder.
• Hold the appliance with the right hand on the upper handle and with the left hand on the front handle.
• For suction, swing the appliance from side to side.
ATTENTION:

operating the unit.
This unit is designed to vacuum up debris such as leaves, small bits of paper, small twigs, weeds, grass clippings,
etc. Do not use this unit for any other purpose.
Do not try to vacuum hot or burning materials (e.g. hot ash, glowing cigarettes) from outdoor fireplaces or bar-
becue pits.
Do not operate unit near open flame, rocks, broken glass, bottles, tin cans or other such objects. Damage to
impeller and unit as well as operator injury could result.
If vacuum tube is level with power unit horizontal, rocks or large objects may be drawn into tube, damaging the
impeller.
Note: After using blowers and other equipment, clean up and dispose of debris in trash receptacles.

9. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

personnel. Improper service to the blower fan and muffler could cause a hazardous failure.

• Under no circumstances should you ever take apart the product or alter it in any way. Doing so might result
