Issues to consider:
1. Before charging, turn off the switch. During the charging process, it is normal for the charger and batteries to get slightly warm.
2. If the batteries are not used for a long time, they must be recharged every 3 months to prolong its service life.
3. New batteries or batteries that have not been used for a long time will reach maximum capacity after 5 charge-discharge cycles.
4. Do not charge the batteries repeatedly after several minutes of operation, as this can reduce the working time and the effec-
tiveness of the batteries.
5. Do not use damaged batteries or disassemble the charger or batteries.
6. Batteries explode in fire. Do not burn them.
7. Do not charge the batteries in a humid environment or outdoors.
8. With the gradual deduction of the electric quantity of the battery, it is normal to reduce the cutting capacity of the diameter.
9. Do not use the battery pruner when charging.
Blades lubrication:
Disconnect power to battery pruner before operation.
Keep the blades open and check for lateral oscillations. Side swing is an abnormal state, as it
creates a gap between the two blades, causing the gear teeth to not bite properly, which will
damage the mechanical structure, and the blade must be locked. (Do not tighten it too much).
Blades replacement:
Disconnect power to battery pruner before operation.
1. Use a phillips screwdriver to loosen the two screws on the top cover and remove it as shown in Figure 1.
2. Use the provided special tools to loosen the screws and anti-loosening washer, as shown in Figure 2.
3. Use a special tool to loosen the lock nut and remove the stop washer, as shown in Figure 3.
4. Remove the old movable blade and replace it with a new one, as shown in Figure 4.
5. If necessary, lubricate the blade as shown in Figure 5.
6. If necessary, clean the gears (warning: do not use chemical reagents) and grease them, as shown in Figure 6.
7. Install the blade and gear on the scissors, as shown in Figure 7.
8. Put on the stop washer and lock the lock nut, as shown in Figure 8.
9. Tighten the lock screw and anti-loosening washer, close the upper cover and tighten the screw as shown in Figure 9.
