keeping the container (6) away for about 30 minutes. Before starting with the first cooking, turn on the
appliance for 10 minutes at the maximum temperature.
- Connect to a suitable and earthed power socket.
- Extract container (6) with care and check that the tray (5) is properly mounted on the base of container.
- Insert food in the container (6) and replace the container into the housing (3).
- If appliance went in standby, press ON/OFF on the control panel (2).
- Set program, temperature, time of cooking, as explained in following paragraphs.
- Press START/PAUSE to start cooking.
Caution: Never use container (6) without tray (5). Do not touch container or inner parts of appliance
during cooking and until complete cooling. Touch only the handle (8).
- Some foods should be mixed and shaked at half cooking. Take the handle (8) and extract container (6).
Shake it, then replace in its position.
- When you ear the timer sound (5 beeps), cooking time is finished. Extract container and check if food is
ready. If not ready, replace container in its position and set additional cooking of some more minutes.
Note: appliance can be switched off manually, pressing ON/OFF for 2 seconds on the control panel (2).
- To remove food, take out container pour food in a dish.
Be careful to the hot steam when you remove container after cooking.
Don't turn the container (6) upside down, because oil and cooking residues on the bottom of container
could drip on the foods.
- Once cooking finished, if you want to start another one, air fryer is immediately ready.

MANUAL FUNCTION
- If appliance went in standby, press ON/OFF on the control panel (2).
- Press Time - Temperature button (G) and set temperature with the buttons (E and F).
- Press Time - Temperature button (G) and set time with the buttons (E and F).
- Press START (B) to start cooking.
PRESET PROGRAMS FUNCTION
- If appliance went in standby, press ON/OFF on the control panel (2).
- Press button MENU' (H) once, the first program flashes.
- Pressing again button MENU' (H), you can choose between 8 preset programs: chicken, chips,
vegetables, sweets, shellfishes, skewers, meat, heating
- Once the program is chosen, press START (B) to start cooking, or:
o Press Time - Temperature button (G) and set temperature with the buttons (E and F).
o Press Time - Temperature button (G) and set time with the buttons (E and F).
o Press START (B) to start cooking.
Note. Time and temperature set on each program are studied to have correct cookings for the relative
food. It is advised to change time and temperature only based on experience (eg. Previous cookings not
finished or too long).
During cooking:
- Do not extract the container if not necessary to mix or check food cooking.
- You can stop appliance pressing button ON/OFF for 2 seconds.
- You can standby cooking pressing START/PAUSE.
